Massage Services

Massage Therapy

All of our massage therapists are trained in deep tissue massage and Swedish massage. 30, 60, and 90 minute appointments are available.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a one hour session in which the use of hot stones are incorporated into the massage. The direct heat relaxes muscles. The warmer stones also dilate the blood vessels, pushing blood and unwanted waste materials through the body.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin. Cupping may help reduce tension and pain in the muscles without medication, promote relaxation, boost skin health, and also known to help speed up the process of colds/respiratory issues.

Cupping is known for leaving a cupping mark on the skin. The cupping mark is not a bruise, but is called ecchymosis. It is a discoloration due to the toxins and blood being brought to the surface. As treatments continue, the marks will occur less and less as a result of toxins being release from the body. The marks can last anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks, but are not tender to touch.

Cupping has the same contraindications as regular massage, but please discuss with your healthcare provider and the massage therapist any health concerns you may have. Some contraindications to cupping includes being on blood thinners, excessive body hair, heart disease, convulsions, renal failure, liver cirrhosis, 1st trimester pregnancy, bleeding disorders, fractures, disc herniation's fever, cancer, skin conditions, or thin/fragile skin.

Contrast Therapy

Contrast Therapy is the application of hot and cold stones on the skin of an injured area. It decreases pain, increases circulation, and speeds healing. Ice therapy flushes all the blood out of an area; this flushes away cellular debris, which speeds healing. It also reduces pain as it numbs the area.

Contrast therapy can be scheduled as either a 60 or 90 minute massage session with any of our certified massage therapists.

Ear Candling

Ear candling is a safe and effective way to help with many symptoms from plugged ears to sinus problems. This treatment takes about one hour and two candles are used per ear.

Cold Stone Massage

This massage is great for people looking for a more natural, yet powerful way to get headache relief. The session is an hour long. A paraffin dip is done first on the feet to pull heat down. Essential oils are then used on key headaches areas. Muscle work will also be incorporated throughout the hour long session.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage during pregnancy is beneficial to increase circulation and decrease swelling of the lower extremities. It also helps relieve muscle strain and tension from the increased weight of the baby. Massage also helps expectant mothers to relax and take time for themselves.

Contrast therapy can be scheduled as either a 60 or 90 minute massage session with any of our certified massage therapists.

Onsite Chair Massage

One or two therapists will come to your place of business or an event with a special chair. These massages usually consist of 10-15 minutes on the back, neck and arms. During these massages you are fully clothed.
